Free Pick up
We provide a free collection service for orders placed online. Goods will be ready for collection the day after placing an order with Aggies Craft. Please note this is by appointment only. Please give us a call on 02088900426 to arrange time and date.

At the moment postage for orders outside UK is calculated individually, according to their weight and size and the country the items are being posted to.
How to place an order if you reside outside of the UK?
Go to our website and shop as you would normally do. When you finish, choose the "Free Pick Up" option.
Send us an email with information regarding your international postage requirements. Please include your order number in your email.
Our team will put and weight your order together. Then we will contact you to let you know what the total including postage is.
After you accept these charges we will wait for your payment.
When you make a payment we will post everything to your address.
We suggest to use PayPal as payment method as this is going to be the cheapest option and you can change currency to have a look how much you are paying for your order.
If you are not happy about the quality of the products you are entilted to a replacement or refund subject to the following terms:
-you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of order
-you are responsible to return the goods unused, in their oryginal packaging to the following address; 4 Hamilton Road, Feltham, Middlesex TW13 4PW
-posting charges are to be paid by the customer
-the goods are the customer responsibility until they reach Aggies Craft. Please obtain a Proof of Postage in case they are damaged or lost in transit.
-order cancellation must be in writing
Faulty items must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of order. In most cases you will need to post goods to us for further invastigation at your own expense.
To make a purchase in our shop, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and delivery address. We securely store this information and we do not sell, trade, lease or distribute this with third parties.
